Sicily is the guest of honour of Maison Joseph Drouhin!
Join us for this evening when sicilian dishes will be paired with wines from Maison Joseph Drouhin in the atmospheric cellar dating from the XIIème century.
The history of Sicily is punctuated by a succession of invasions; each conquering country leaving its mark on the culture and culinary traditions. Thus influences from Spain, Greece and Arabia are all to be found. Sicilian cuisine is simple, rich and concentrated on taste. This same attachement to authenticity and respect of origin is to be found in the wines of Maison Joseph DROUHIN.
You will begin your evening with a visit of our historical cellars from the XIIIth and XVth centuries followed by an aperitif accompanied by some tasty bites prepared by the chef Angelo IACONO. During the meal we have chosen food and wine pairings that will transport you through Italy and France.
